If the equipment is not ready for collection at the pre-arranged time, then additional hire charges will apply. If some of the equipment is damaged / broken then charges will apply. This will be deducted from the cash bond for the replacement cost of the item. If you return the item within 7 days we will refund any charge incurred.
How do I hire your equipment?
You can contact Adam's Games and Amusements via email from the 'Fun Foods or Games page' or call us on 0427 113 886 between 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Please let us know what your requirements are when you send us an email. Tell us when your event is and what you wish to hire.
Is the equipment easy to use?
We will give you a demonstration on how to use the equipment and provide you with 'How to' instructions. You can also download a Instruction Sheet from the Fun Foods or Games hire page.
Do you require a Bond/ Security when hiring your equipment?
A current Victorian Driver's License needs to be produced. A copy will be taken of your licence and kept with your hire invoice. On collection of the equipment the copy of your licence will be deleted. A cash bond of $200 per booking will be required (and returned when the equipment is collected). If you fail to meet these requirements then your hire will be cancelled.
What happens if I break or lose some of the accessories?
If I am hiring on behalf of a School do I need to present my driver's licence and credit card for security?
If an official school purchase order is emailed to us prior to the hire, then your drivers licence and cash bond is not required.
What are your Payment Terms?
Payment is either by electronic transfer prior to delivery or cash on delivery.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash Direct Deposit into our Account Cheque (but we do not accept personal cheques).
Can we return unsold product?
Yes, but no refunds are given. Try selling off the unsold product by having a fun food day at your school the following week.
Is a temporary food permit required to sell food from equipment we hire from you?
Contact your local Council/Shire where the stall is going to be held is to find out what is required.
Can you advise on Health regulations and what my obligations are if I am using your hired equipment?
Please contact your local Council/Shire where the event is going to be held. Contact the Environmental Health Department and talk to them, they will send you out the forms and give you any assistance you may require.

Do you have customer service?
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are available to answer your questions during business hours. In the event of faulty equipment you may call outside of these hours but only if an emergency.
